T3 GPS Satellite Tracker

The T3 is a fully self-contained, battery-powered, satellite GPS tracking device. It measures 9.25” x 6.25” x 1” (235x159x25mm) , weighs 1.6 lbs (714g), and can be attached in seconds to high value, untethered or non-powered assets such as intermodal shipping containers, barges, railcars, trailers, generators, buoys, military and disaster response equipment, etc.

The T3 communicates via the Globalstar Simplex Data Service, a global Low Earth Orbit satellite network which provides maximum reliability, and outperforms geostationary devices, delivering updated location and alert information without the need for cellular coverage or an external power source. The T3 meets MIL STD 810 and IP67 ratings, and is capable of delivering multiple years of uninterrupted service on a single, field replaceable battery. Battery life can be further extended by utilizing the integrated motion sensor for less frequent reporting when not in motion.

The T3 provides global supply chain managers in-transit visibility of their mobile assets, allowing management of global inventory on a continent by continent basis. In addition to providing location information, the T3 alleviates security concerns, reduces demurrage and fleet downtime, and increases operational and logistical efficiencies for military and commercial shippers, freight forwarders, steamship lines, port operators, trucking, air and rail users, equipment rental operators, barge and trailer fleet owners, etc.

Complete and secure data integration can be quickly and easily achieved as the T3 open data architecture is forward and reverse compatible with virtually any legacy or next generation supply chain or tracking software technologies.

The T3 can be used with, or independent of, the FELIX TAV (Total Asset Visibility) web-based tracking and asset management software.
